I am a recent patient at Valley Skilled Nursing- aptly named as I want to thank you and everyone for the great care I received. I was there for over a month and I received intelligent; knowledgeable; and compassionate care every minute I was there. I am dazzled by all your skills, smarts, and demeanor. Clearly, you are all the best of the best. While my needs were never that urgent, you and everyone treated as if I were the most important patient. You knew every detail of my care and every action you did was to assure my safe and speedy recovery. I apologize I may have missed a few names as I was mostly half asleep for the early morning and late-night shifts but please forward my grateful thanks to you, Joy, Greg, Beth, Cloetta, Tracy, Olyessa, Brenda, Maureen, Jean, Alvin, Manjit, Grace, Shannon, and Allison- again, sorry if I missed anyone on this list specifically...it's also hard to read the chart on the wall in the dark. Of course please thank Enid (sp) for her great wound care. Also thanks to the PT and OT group! Again, thank you for you all your great skills; compassion, and making a tough experience bearable.
