Smita Sulpya, RN

Smita is one of our Oncology Nurse. She is a very hard-working person. She is also one of the Oncology Charge nurses and Preceptor. Smita is a team worker who supports her team on a regular basis. She encourages people to find out answers for themselves while supporting their decisions. She listens to colleagues' problems/issues and offers support.

Yesterday, during clinic time, we had a medical emergency while taking care of my post-bone marrow procedure patient, who was bleeding a lot from the site. When I was running around helping the patient, she came herself and started helping us to stabilize our patient. It gave us extra hand to help patients and stop the bleeding. I appreciate her effort and intention of her to work as a team and help each other. I wish her the best in her career and look forward to working with her always.
