I went to Bascom Palmer for my pre-op visit. The following day I was having my right eye removed. I was extremely nervous and anxious until I met Snezana. She interviewed me after I was done with my pre-op visit. She was patient and answered all my questions with a positive attitude. I explained to her the sad experience that I had before this operation, having to wait hours and always be the last patient to leave the hospital in the evening. This time she told me its going to be different because I was scheduled at 8 AM and was the first patient of Dr. J's, and even though she was not working the floor that day she was coming to see me and check up on me, which she did while I was waiting to be called. She visited me in the room while I was waiting for surgery and called my daughter so I could talk to her. Snezana called my daughter before, during, and after the operation. Extremely compassionate and caring person. I will forever remember her as a very special human being.
