Snow introduced himself and I immediately felt at ease with his sympathy and confidence in how to proceed forward. He was so compassionate to someone he didn't even know. He allowed us to take our time to grieve, and went above and beyond in explaining the next steps to come. He treated us all with kindness, respect, dignity, and compassion and for that I am beyond blessed!
