You are an amazing nurse! You have a laugh that fills the room with joy. I admire your ability to bond with your patients in a way where it feels safe and the lonely/alone feeling disappears. Thanking you hardly seems enough. You were caring, empathetic, understanding, respectful, a great listener, and an outstanding communicator. Most of all you were a great advocate on my behalf. I will never forget how you helped me, you are simply a hero in scrubs!

I would also like to add that Snyra is a wonderful teacher and mentor. She goes out of her way to create a learning moment for our new hires, students, preceptors, and teammates. Snyra never criticizes, she treats new learnings as opportunities for growth and challenges herself and others to elevate their knowledge. She fills in as a relief Charge and does a great job. Snyra is a go-to on our unit as her positivity and personality create a culture of respect. She also has a great sense of humor, smile, laugh, and wit.
