1) Sojaila (SoSo) - I have watched SoSo go out of her way to make sure a patient is comfortable and happy with their stay, but I think the most important aspect I have seen Sojaila demonstrate is teamwork. SoSo is always willing to help new nurses adjust to Encompass. One day, I saw that SoSo was all caught up on her medication passes and patient care. Instead of taking a break, she helped another nurse catch up on her patient care. This nurse was behind, and SoSo helped her catch up. Sojaila also always greets people with a smile and a laugh, keeping the work atmosphere lighthearted and fun. Nursing does not only include patients but also other staff members, and Sojaila is always a team player by being welcoming and helpful. 2) Her willingness to help anyone that needs help always offers a friendly smile (smile with her eyes) and a positive attitude towards any situation. Her knowledge of patient care is amazing! And it shows especially when she is in a patient's room. Sojaila definitely lives the definition of teamwork when she is here.
3) She goes out of her way to help wherever she can. I have never heard her say, "that's not my patient." She is a team player, and it shows. Things seem to run smoother when she is here. 
4) Sojaila is an amazing nurse. She always has a positive attitude and is willing to help or answer questions whenever needed. SoSo is always full of cheer and provides a big spark for the patients and staff.
