Sol was exceptional in giving me the best experience during an unfortunate chain of events. I was hospitalized after a thumb infection which was unplanned and difficult to wrap my head around. Sol took the time to explain everything to me. When the imminent plan was possible surgery with MRI needed, Sol was essential in getting the plan straightened out. I was so distraught and upset. Sol recognized this and was my advocate and champion. She made what could have been a very upsetting hospitalization, a positive experience.
