I brought my pregnant daughter to St. Luke's because I thought she was in critical condition. Though we are from the province of Cavite, I decided to bring her to your hospital in Quezon City because I believed that St. Luke's could save my daughter and her premature baby. She was admitted to the ward after her delivery and for three days, my daughter's fever was consistently high. She decided to transfer to a semi-private room so she could rest better. On her second day in the semi-private room and still with high fever, we met Nurse Soledad Rita "Ling" Calimag. She suggested to perform breast pumping and brought a breast pump. It was our first time encountering such equipment and we did not know how to use it. Because of Nurse Ling's assistance, my daughter's temperature subsided and became normal. Aside from that, we were spared from buying pasteurized milk. We are grateful for the great concern and kindness of Nurse Ling and to God as well. Nurse Ling has a very helpful heart. We may not repay her kindness, but we are praying that God will take care of her. Good karma, God bless.
