When I came to the ER I was in pain and very anxious. Sommer took my hand and told me she would take care of me and everything would be fine. She made me feel so calm and at ease. As I felt better I watched her interacting with other patients who were in distress. Sommer shows such expertise in her profession. There are tears in my eyes as I think about what an extraordinary caregiver she is.
