Sondra was my nurse for about two days during my stay. She was efficient and relayed my questions to my hospitalist. She was also compassionate, listened to my concerns, and provided the information I needed.

Sondra was very professional in her approach, always treating me with the utmost respect and dignity. She possessed outstanding listening and speaking skills and was a great problem-solver. She anticipated my needs before I even knew or thought to need them.
She consistently responded promptly and in a calm manner. She was there during my “SVT” moments, and it was her composure that helped me the most. It was obvious to me that critical thinking and decision-making came easily to her.
I so appreciated how this nurse retained all the details of my case situation all through my 9-day stay. Her attention to detail amazed me, especially considering the number of other patients and situations she was simultaneously handling.
