Sonia was my nurse when I was in the ER with acute appendicitis. She was right there with me when I was in extreme pain and when I had so many pain killers that I couldn't stay awake to breathe. I was afraid to fall asleep and she kept saying "I'm going to stay here with you, I'm not going to leave you", which is exactly what I needed to hear. I was sad to be transferred to a floor because I knew I would lose her as a nurse. Thanks, Sonia.
