I fully and wholeheartedly nominate our amazing ANM, Sonia Nayyar as a DAISY Nurse Leader. Sonia goes above and beyond taking care of her staff especially the 1 South RN's, PCT's and UA's. She goes around and makes rounds on all of our patients to make sure their needs are being met. She keeps her team informed and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Sonia consistently recognizes staff for doing a great job.
