Sonia did a prn visit on a very sick patient of mine that I have struggled to keep out the hospital. I gave report to her on the patient prior to her visit and she was very receptive to my concerns about the patient and addressed them at her visit. She was able to get him to communicate issues that I have not been able to get him to report to me. She was very thorough and empathetic with the patient as he really did not want to go to the hospital again. This is not the first time that she has helped me. She has always been willing to help me out or explain a situation that I may not understand.
