She is very professional with all her patients, especially my mum. She made sure Mum’s needs were attended to. She communicates very well with patients and family members. She not only eased the fears of my mum but extended them to us as a family. Her smile can really brighten up someone’s day. I hope that all nurses have the compassion that she embodies because it really helped me on this hard journey.
