There was a last minute communication issue while my mom was receiving care. As a family member, I had questions and wasn't sure what to do.
Sonja was caring and listened to my concerns. She jumped into action by gathering doctors and specialists to address the situation the same afternoon. She kept my family and me up to date and informed.
I don't know how we would have got through the situation without her leadership and compassion. She is an amazing person!
