I would like to recognize Nurse Sonu for the extraordinary care she provided to my mother and our family.

Sonu consistently went above and beyond to meet our needs. She was not only thorough in caring for my mother's medical needs, but she also cared deeply about our family's comfort and understanding throughout the process. She demonstrated a positive attitude and professionalism in every interaction. Whether answering our questions or addressing concerns, she remained calm, confident, and reassuring.

Her job performance truly reflected the mission and values of compassionate, patient-centered care. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and always willing to take the extra step to make sure nothing was overlooked.

One example that stood out was just before surgery, when my mother needed her earrings to be removed. My sister and I were unable to take them out, but Sonu stepped in calmly and skillfully, removing them with such patience and care. What could have been a stressful, emotional moment was instead handled with grace and kindness.

Sonu was thoughtful, compassionate, and caring in every situation. She took the time to educate us, keeping our family included and informed during the entire care process. She explained what was happening, why it was necessary, and always made sure we understood.

Her energy, passion for patient care, and ability to connect on a personal level left a lasting impression on us. We need more nurses in the world like Sonu, and my family and I are deeply grateful for her dedication and compassion.
