My Dad was not feeling well and his pulse was high. I messaged Sonya his nurse at the Franklin Community Based Outpatient Clinic. She called us immediately and insisted that he go to the local ER and get checked out. They did a CT Scan in the ER and his abdominal aortic aneurysm measured 6.8 cm. They immediately put in a transfer request to a larger hospital for surgery to repair it. If Sonya had not gone out of her way to call to intervene and insist that Dad go get checked out, his AAA could have easily ruptured and he would have died, thank you, Sonya.
