Thank you, Soo! You've made a difference to me! I would like to thank my nurse, Soo Lee. When I told Soo I didn't want further IV antibiotics, and I'd understood that was my last bag, she explained how and why that was incorrect in such a way that I was able to accept, not just one more bag, but all that may come ahead. I'd built it up in my head... so when I found out it wasn't just 1 more, I was devastated and angry. Through her people skills and also her communication skills, she made me/helped me understand the necessity of "whatever it takes to get you well." So, thanks! I commend her for her care and caring. Her level of RN care is over the roof. She took the extra time to counsel me. I never feel she forgot about me, even if she's delayed getting here due to other patients! She’s conscientious, diligent, and inspires patient confidence.  Soo listens to patients with a cheerful heart while they (me) are complaining/whining, but changes the subject and moves on. I just realized she does that and how positively clever she is.
