During my recent hospital stay for diverticulitis, I had the privilege of being cared for by Soofia, and I cannot say enough about the incredible impact she has had on my experience. From the moment she first walked into my room, she made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.

Soofia has been nothing short of exceptional. Her kindness, patience, and knowledge have made all the difference during a stressful and uncomfortable time. Despite how busy her job must be, she never seems rushed or inconvenienced. She has taken the time to answer my many questions thoroughly, ensuring I fully understand my condition, treatment, and recovery process. Her ability to provide not only excellent medical care but also reassurance and comfort has been invaluable.

What stands out most about Soofia is how she consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it’s adjusting my care to make me more comfortable, explaining things in a way that puts me at ease, making sure I get the tests I need, or simply offering a kind word when I need it most, she has truly made a meaningful difference in my hospital stay. It’s rare to find someone who embodies both skill and compassion so effortlessly, but Soofia does just that.

She has turned what could have been a very difficult experience into one where I felt supported, cared for, and safe.
