I would like to strongly recognize my nurse, Soojee, who took care of me during the day shifts.

Words cannot fully express how deeply moved I was by her extraordinary compassion and dedicated care during my hospital stay.

What stood out immediately was her incredible thoughtfulness. She went out of her way to look up how to say "Hello" in my native language just to greet me. Being in a hospital can be frightening and isolating, but that small, heartfelt gesture instantly made me feel seen, respected, and much less alone.

During moments when I was in severe pain and feeling completely overwhelmed, Soojee was a constant source of comfort. She stayed by my side and gently reassured me, saying, "It's okay, it will get better."

She didn't just treat my physical symptoms; she cared for my emotional well-being with the tenderness, patience, and warmth of an older sister. Her soothing presence alone significantly eased my anxiety.

My entire hospital experience was made so much brighter because of her.

Soojee goes far above and beyond the standard duties of a nurse—she truly heals with her heart. She is an absolute angel and wholeheartedly deserves the DAISY Award for the meaningful difference she makes in her patients' lives.
