This nurse leader continuously helps out on the unit. She checks on all nurses and CNAs to make sure that everyone is doing ok. Not enough people recognize the work that she constantly doing for us and our unit. Oftentimes, she acts like an additional nurse on our unit to help us. Anyone can ask her for help. I think that it’s really rare to have a manager whom you consider a friend to be so incredibly smart and experienced. The unit, as a whole, has learned so much from her. She does so much for our unit that oftentimes she forgets to recognize herself. Soojin, thank you so much for encouraging growth among the unit from the aides and nurses alike. You do amazing things. I just want to recognize all that you do so well. You always encourage others. I wanted to take the time to sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your knowledge and heart for our unit are what make it so amazing!
