When the test came back negative, I came back to Kahn 4. Kahn 4 has an amazing team of nurses and nurse aids - plus the unit secretaries. At 3:00 on that morning, I was brought back to this Kahn 4. My night nurse was amazing. In the morning I met Soon. She is a very caring, empathetic nurse. I noticed this floor tends to get busy at times Yet, Soon addressed every one of my needs. I am a very sick woman and require a lot of different medications and at different times. Every time I pressed the call button and requested my medication, within 5 minutes Soon was in my room scanning my bracelet then giving me my meds. When the pharmacy didn't send my meds, she called down and got them. When I was finally changed to a regular diet from a liquid diet, there was so much confusion that took some time to figure out. Soon was adamant about getting me my food. I was starving so I was anxious to eat. Soon came through and I was finally eating. I am very impressed with her multi-tasking!!! She's awesome!! You have a great nursing team. And Soon shined for me all day. Thank you, MMH for your great ability in hiring a lot of amazing nurses and aids, and unit secretaries.
