I was confined to bed for 72 hours, and with her joyful way of communication, she made the time in bed a little less difficult. Her people skills are very impressive. What I enjoyed about her most is her ability to win my confidence. I trust her to answer my medical concerns with a truthful answer. She is a good representative for this hospital staffing, and she is worthy to be honored. With Sophia’s mannerisms, I felt like a patient; with other nurses, I felt like a chore that had to be dealt with during their shift. She made my 72-hour confinement doable. It was a delight having her as my nurse. Sophia deserves to win the Daisy Award.
