Sophia was absolutely amazing with my dad. She listened to him and his concerns as well as the family concerns. She was consistently there checking on him to make sure he was warm and not in any pain. I am truly impressed with how much Sophia cares about her patients and their family. Her actions prove that she cares about each and every aspect of her job. We are very thankful to Sophia for going above and beyond!
