We are Hispanic and I cannot write much in English and describe what the nurse did for our son, but the situation has been a long time. It has been difficult and the only thing I can say is that it has been a hard journey.
Sophia always gives us peace of mind when we are worried, and she did not only attend to my son with her knowledge, but she attended with a heart and integrated the whole family.
It was not only at work that she thought of our son. She shared with her friend about a need for a special toothbrush with a special brush so that nothing else hurts his body more than it already was. She is always on the lookout with love is what I can say.
