Sophia Rajshekhar, RN

I was diagnosed with AML cancer on my birthday. I had been sent from West Middlesex hospital. During my stay at Hammersmith Hospital Weston Ward, I met many nurses, but Sophia was excellent among them. Therefore, I would like to nominate Sophia for a DAISY Award for showing excellence in the AML nursing department. She is an extraordinary person. She is highly skilled, extremely knowledgeable and a compassionate team player who consistently displays and promotes the highest standards. She is continually advancing her own personal knowledge and exemplifies what it means to be a lifelong learner. In addition, she monitors and coaches others in achieving professional goals and development. She has worked at Weston Ward for many years, and her work experience really showed.
