Sorina Joseph, BSN, RN
Sorina Joseph is a quality staff nurse, leader and great team member in the Behavioral Health Department who always goes above and beyond to care for the patients no matter how challenging the unit is. Sorina is always calm and cheerful, very reliable, and is always willing to help. She often comes in on her days off to assist the team and showcases the kind of character that the department needs.
Sorina uses clinical and critical thinking to care for and de-escalate situations on the unit, is often in charge of the unit, and interacts well with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams, patients, and their caregivers. She has exceptional interpersonal skills. The autonomy she uses is great and very resourceful for the team.
Sorina is respectable and committed to serving patients with a high level of professionalism, always emphasizing safety, which is extremely important in an in-patient behavioral health setting. She also demonstrates an exemplary skill set when providing care to patients.
