Spencer Bowley

This individual was recognized for the compassionate care he provided while in the clinical setting. As a student nurse, Spencer is a natural leader by focusing on meeting his patients’ and their families’ needs. His practicum preceptor shared with me that he is a compassionate and caring individual who focuses on the clients’ needs first. He has been denoted as a stronger leader by his peers. He is approachable and respected as a knowledgeable student nurse. Now, as a registered nurse, he continues his career success by receiving a nomination for a DAISY Award in his new RN position.
