As a patient in ICU, I was dealing with insecurities and fears. When Spencer took over, I began to enjoy life again and put my fears aside. Not only did Spencer perform his duty as a nurse well, he also performed additional duty as a cheerleader-a cheerleader for the regaining of my health. He treated all the patients the same; he treated them all as the most important patient in the ICU. Thank you, Spencer.
