I came to Kaiser terrified and over with life. I was a drug addict with two days clean, and whose husband had gotten incarcerated I felt alone and unknowing of what to do next, so I took a leap of faith and 5150 admitted myself into Kaiser. What I got in response was better than I could have ever imagined because of the staff--I WAS GIVEN A SECOND CHANCE--with even better, no judgment but only pure love and support that even my own family couldn't afford anymore. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Kaiser, and a special acknowledgment to Spring Edwards for putting in countless hours to ensure the safety and security of myself and my baby.
