This nurse gave my family assistance when we experienced an inordinate amount of frustration in trying to get the best care and ensuring that everyone was communicating appropriately. After talking to her about our concerns in another department I finally felt someone took us seriously. And she did! She helped coordinate his tests and kept us informed. She gave me her cell number and email to keep in contact with her. We got the answers we needed and a peace of mind, all with her care and compassion.
