Stacey Healy, BSN, RN

Stacey continues to go above and beyond as the dialysis clinical manager. Upon her hire for this position, she spearheaded the request to start a Total Plasma Exchange program at NAH. She worked directly with Baxter educators, pharmacists, nephrologists, and intensivists to launch the program. Not only did she do all this work, but she also supported her staff amazingly by showing up at all hours of the night, at both campuses, to help orient/train dialysis nurses to feel comfortable performing this new treatment. Stacey worked diligently with all stakeholders to ensure the success not only of the TPE program but also of her direct RNs, making sure they felt safe and comfortable with the TPE process.
