As a retired corporate vice president, I can quickly identify high-quality customer service/patient care when I see it. I had 3 stays at Methodist this year, and this time decided on Memorial Hermann and it turned out to be a great decision. Immediately began to receive superior care from nurse Stacey. She was always professional, caring, respectful, helpful, and provided outstanding nursing care. Her professionalism in everything gave me great comfort and a feeling of confidence and trust. I really appreciated her ongoing positive "can do" attitude to my every need and request. What could be better than that? I have already begun to share this great medical care experience with my many friends and family at Memorial Hermann Hospital, all due to the great exceptional care I received from Stacey.
