I gave birth at West Jefferson Medical Center to my son in May. I was scheduled for a C-section morning and was worried about our hospital stay following this major surgery. The surgery went fine but I knew the worst part was right around the corner, recovery and postpartum. There was one nurse that made the experience easier for my husband and me, Stacey Nappier.

Stacey went above and beyond for us during every aspect of our stay. As new parents, we had a ton of questions. Stacey was able to answer the majority of our questions and sought out the answers for those with which she was unfamiliar. My husband and I often discussed how expansive her knowledge was and how much we appreciated the impeccable care she provided.

Stacey made a potentially scary experience into one that we thoroughly enjoyed. We can't thank Stacey enough! When I think of compassionate care, Stacey is the perfect example.
