My mother was the patient, and I can't express in words the appreciation I feel toward her nurse, Stacey. She was very compassionate, met every need, and was confident in her care. Stacey showed us much respect in meeting not only my mother’s needs but for myself and my sisters, as well. Her bedside manner was phenomenal! I have worked in the medical field for many years, and I know what to look for. I must say that in all of my years, I have not experienced such care very many times. I also must express how attentive, not only medically, but in other ways, as well. She was so caring in how she spoke to my mother and how she explained her treatments. I could go on and on because I was not only pleased but thankful. I was so very impressed by not only how professional Stacey is but also how caring and loving she is. Like I have said, I could go on and on, but I want to express that I totally think Stacey Slatten is a true DAISY Nurse not just because she was so phenomenal at her job but as a person as well.
