Stacey Stewart is one of the best nurses I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is caring and respectful when it comes to my concerns and wishes. She never once made me feel as if I was a bother. I had a previous bad experience with my first birth at a different facility but I instantly knew I was in good hands when she checked me into her care. She is patient, kind and gentle. Not only did she support my wishes for my birth plan but she also went above and beyond to offer help in areas I wasn’t sure about. You can tell she really enjoys helping women bring babies safely into this world. With every procedure she had to complete on me she took time to explain why it needed to be done and answered any questions I had. Stacey truly made a difference in this birth experience to make it the best possible outcome for everyone involved but put the patient first. The healthcare system needs more people like her. Stacey truly was a godsend and deserves to be recognized for her dedication and compassion for labor and delivery nursing. I will be forever grateful for her.
