Stacey saw I was in a lot of pain when I arrived on the 3rd floor after being in the ER since 6:30 am that morning. Arriving on the 3rd floor at about 8:30 pm she called the doctor on call to verify and to check on some medicine for pain. Stacey came to my room to let me know how the process works when you have to call a doctor and wait on pharmacy to verify meds. A lot of nurses don't take the time to explain how it all works.
Stacey continued to come by my room every day to check on me to make sure I didn't need anything. Stacy was not my nurse all of these times but it sure feels like she was.
