Stacey has exceptional nursing skills and the very best bedside manner. When I got to the floor this morning, she was immediately at my door to greet me and welcome me to feel ‘right at home.’ I was able to open up to her and let her know about how bad my pain is and that it wasn’t being properly addressed. Stacey said she would take care of it and she did in a very skilled and timely manner! Stacey also helped me to get other important issues taken care of and when I spoke to her she genuinely listened to me. She is someone who has a lot of integrity and ‘says what she does, and does what she says.’ She is caring, empathetic, kind, and an excellent nurse! She is an asset to your staff and Chesapeake General is blessed beyond words to have such a fabulous nurse on their staff.

Stacey stayed with me after the procedure to ensure I was ok and said goodbye at the end of the shift. Stacey did not have to perform CPR to save my life. She was there to help me through a painful experience and comfort me when it was over. I am confident all of her patients received the same outstanding and compassionate care that day. She is a DAISY Nurse.
