Stacey is a stellar example of a prudent nurse. Although I wasn't a patient on this unit, I observed her as a student and saw how responsible and quick she is on her feet.
When my patient's blood pressure was really low, she took action right away and kept constant communication with me and the patient's physician. She is an excellent patient advocate and I saw how satisfied the patient was with the care he received.
She is kind, compassionate, and encouraged me to seek learning opportunities. Stacey is focused on making patient safety a priority and she demonstrates it with open communication, prompt intervention, and a friendly and positive attitude.
