Everything about Staci's demeanor was wonderful. She was always smiling and gentle. She took the time to explain things to keep me and my family informed. She took the time to converse with me while she was in the room and doing rounds, which made the atmosphere friendly and warm.
I also had the opportunity to observe her guide a new LPN as she started my IV line. She was patient and explained things with such ease to allow her experience without becoming nervous.
