Stacia works very hard to make sure staff are satisfied. She listens to her staff and makes adjustments when necessary to scheduling. Stacia cares about her staff and patients. She is the best boss I have ever had in 10 years of working at NEA Baptist. She is respectful to her staff, therefore, RN turnover is low. Stacia is very enthusiastic of the goals on her unit. She is precise on objectives and how to initiate them. She is reasonable with her requirements which I think satisfy her staff. Stacia is very professional in how she handles herself and employee disagreements. She is a great leader and a true DAISY Nurse.
