This nurse is a wonderful leader in my eyes. They are a great listener and always willing to help on the floor. When I see this nurse step in and help, I know they are doing it with a caring heart and want to make sure their staff is taken care of! They always have a smile on their face even though their workload is heavy at times. I feel comfortable coming to them with anything. They provide good solutions and help with problem-solving. They do a great job on our scheduling and are willing to change things to make staffing work. They are great with our NICU parents as well.
