I have short term memory loss. She remains patient when I have a time that she knows I have not taken in all the instructions. She takes all the time with me until she knows that I have gotten all the information. She is very patient with me, and she does not make me feel like a burden. She makes me feel comfortable. I sense that I can ask her anything. I would trust her with my life. She cares and does not make me feel unimportant.
