Stacie J Barker, MSN, RNC-NIC

Stacie is a wonderful leader in my eyes. She is a great listener and always willing to help on the floor. When I see Stacie step in and help, I know they are doing it with a caring heart and want to make sure their staff are taken care of! She always has a smile on her face even though her workload is heavy at times. I feel comfortable going to Stacie with anything. She provides good solutions and helps with problem solving. She does a great job for our team with scheduling and is always willing to change things to make staffing work for the better. She is great with our NICU parents as well.
