I watched Stacy give her 100% to all of her patients. She is patient and attentive to all of her patients. Also, she works with her patients and safety in mind. For instance, she voiced her concerns regarding her discharge for a confused patient who lives alone. She then communicated to the patient’s family that their dad is getting discharged so they can plan to watch over their dad. Her advocacy ensured the patient's safe discharge.
