Stacy Coleman was with me for 3 nights and on the first night I lost a lot of blood; she stood by helping me calm down. She paged the doctor and returned to get me cleaned and to stay with me until the doctor came in. They could not give me any pain medicine due to low blood pressure, so she held my hand and talked me through the pain I was having from surgery. She kept up with making sure I was Okay, and all my needs were met.
The following two nights, as soon as Stacy was on duty, she came to check on me and make sure I was Okay. She also assisted me in a blood transfusion as I do not like the sight of blood. She helped to keep the blood as far out of my sight as possible. She went above and beyond to be sure I was improving the best she could, helping in any way to get me through my pain and tears.
