Our dad was admitted via the ER for CHF and UTI, and our nurse Stacy was very professional and caring to him. She took very good care of his physical needs and interacted well with him [for a very senior gentleman]. Stacy communicated exceptionally well with our family (i.e., room updates, test results, explained medical terminology to all of us in lay terms, etc.). Stacy is an asset to St. Joseph's Health and to the nursing profession! She was extremely busy, but nevertheless, remained very patient, pleasant, and courteous. Thanks, Stacy!
