I was in the Emergency Department and overheard a nurse, (Stacy Davis) tell a waiting (discharged) patient that we no longer provide gas cards. I stepped over to get a clear view of the interaction in case the information was not well received. I saw Stacy quietly hand the man cash to help him get home.
