Stacy made my daughter feel like she was the only one in the ER that day. My daughter had no voice, so she had to "text" everything so that Stacy knew what was going on with her. Stacy had the patience and compassion that all medical staff should have. Stacy made sure that my daughter understood the discharge instructions before we left. She explained each medicine that was given to her and what it was for and the reaction it might have. Way to go Stacy and thank you.
