Stacy Hicks provided exceptional professional thorough prompt compassionate and extremely competent care during her day shift. Despite her shift's caseload on the floor that day, her care was always given with a warm smile and super encouraging words during an extremely stressful admission for me. I appreciate folks who go above and beyond. I’m not the type to dole out these compliments lightly. My recent stay at BayCare Wesley Chapel was by far the best ever - and Nurse Stacy is by far the best, most caring, and healing nurse I’ve ever had the good fortune to be treated by. And if that’s not a high enough bar alone, consider what her peers said when I transferred from the night shift to Stacy’s day care. I thanked the night nurse for her kindness and said I hope the day nurse is as good. She said, “You’re getting the best nurse we have.” Even the Nurse Technicians spoke similarly about Stacy. Stacy is a true credit to the BayCare System.
